Hey thanks malika and kitty - just got back home now, exhausted but over the moon, dont know how to put pics on website but ill try and post some soon!!

Wanted to say a massive thanks to David, my mum and dad, love you all very much, Nichola, my bezzie love ya chick. Darren Smith from Bodypower for calming me down when I've been stressed out! Malika and Rach G for keepin me focused, Samir and Tracey from SK Sports for their generosity. All my family and friends who came to shout for me, sorry if I've left anyone out, pre-occupied with what junk I'm gonna eat next ha ha!!

i think it would be hard for anyone to be more focussed than you were , right from you picking those weights back up from when baby was born you knew what you wanted to do. And you did it so pleased for you, all the hard work and achey glutes were worth it. now it me looking at you for motivation for my diet!
