Weight Loss and Exercise

Hi, i have been trying to lose weight for around 9 months and so far i have lost 4 stone. I am trying to lose another 1st 12lbs to get me to 10stone. I am 29, 5ft and currently weigh 11st 12lbs. My weight loss has slowed down, just need some advice on what i can do to shift this last bit. Diet plan is :- B- 2 weetabix skimmed milk S- apple L- cottage cheese and krisproll cracker type things/ chicken/tuna and salad in pitta and a yogurt S- banana D- chicken/salmon with veg, pasta/noodles/rice I only really drink water or squash, everyday i have 450ml of juice to mix with my medicine. I don't drink tea, coffee or alcohol. Exercise:- M- 1 hour body pump T- 1 hour body combat, 20 lengths swimming W- norm rest day Th- 1 hour body combat, 20 lengths swimming F- 1 hour body attack, 20 lengths swimming Sat/Sun- norm rest day but occasionally attempt to run 1.5miles. Any help is much appreciated Becca x

Hi welcome to MT, Well done on the weight loss so far, excellent effort I can't really suggest that you cut your food down anymore as I think if you eat any less it will be too sparse, in which case I would advise that you have to look at the exercise output. Add something in extra somewhere, be it some extra lengths swimming - or try and do an extra session of something somewhere. Have you considered training with weights at all? I am a BIG supporter of this in order to a) assist weight loss and b) improve muscle tone whilst losing weight.
