Bulk Cycle (HELP and Advice?) prt2

Hey guys i previously posted regarding a bulking cycle. Been in and out of hospital since and am now ready to order a cycle i was advised to buy/use (injectables) Week 1 : Test Ethanate 1000mg Weeks 2-12: Test Ethanate 500mg and of course PCT. The course i have been looking at is (tablet form) Week Dianabol (5mg) Nolvadex (20mg) 1 3 1 2 5 1 3 8 1 4 10 1 5 10 1 6 8 1 7 5 1 8 3 1 I was generally hoping to find out which would be better for a beginner cycle? mm if a first cycle mate why get so cpmlicated , a good test cycle at 500mg with a dbol front load will give good gains works for mostand deffo did for me my personal fav issust but cip good as well.
stats 15/11/06 chest 54 inch, bicep 17 1/4, waiste 34 wgt 206lbs hgt 5,11 BP 145K SQUAT 230K DEAD 195K now considerably smaller !!!boohooo may the jiuce be with you

regardless of which whoever told u to stick 1000mg of Test in u for ur first time is a bit of a nob! it enoys me when people recomend total beginners strong steroids and at strong dosages. 1000mg of Test will give ur body one hell of a jolt IMO. and 500mg/week is the norm, but for intermidiate/experienced only! IMO always start with low dosages and with mild steroids. see how u react to steroids b4 u shove 1000mg of it in u! lol if a beginer is to take 500mg/week of test for 12 weeks, what sort of dosages is he gona have to be taking come his 3rd, 4th, 5th cycle in order to get any decents gains out of it!!?? if ur gona do the D'BOL then i'd suggest u run it for 6 weeks and tapering it would be fine like u have mentioned. u could also run 20mg of Nolv all the way through to ward off Gyno. (u wont know if u suffer from it untill u do it tho) id also recomend some Proviron at 50mg ed with it to help libido as u will suffer like most do on d'bol.

standard 1st cycle imo: weeks 1-(8-10) 500mg test ew (sust, enth, cyp) you could run 25mg-30mg dbol for 1st 4 weeks if you wanted. i think the dbol would be better than the 1000mg frontload since its your 1st time. that 2nd cycle youve got (oral cycle) tapering is pointless and imo orals are best to kickstart an inj cycle

Apologies if you guys feel offended, Its more a case, of trying to find a more intense routine, im not asking anyone to post a routine, just a rough guideline, I dont want to get this wrong, im sure you can understand that much....? Before i inject any alien substanc into my body i want to be sure i know all i can and are completely ready for when it hits, Thanks Sandy

Not bad mate thanks for asking, My routine feels to be working me alot better now, atm the routine is - Monday - Chest 15 - 10 - 10 - 10 - 8 (15 warm up, 10 lift to failure, 8 cool down) Incline Dumbbell Press, Flat Dumbbell Press, Incline Flye, Straight-Arm Dumbbell Pullover. Tuesday - Arms 15 - 10 - 10 - 10 - 8 (15 warm up, 10 lift to failure, 8 cool down) Barbell Curls, Dumbbell Curls, Dumbbell Preacher Curls, Close-Grip Push Downs, Close-Grip Bench Press, Lying Tricep Dumbbell Extensions, Dumbbell Wrist Curls, Reverse Barbell Preacher Curls. Wednesday Shoulders- 15 - 10 - 10 - 10 - 8 (15 warm up, 10 lift to failure, 8 cool down) Side Lateral Raise, Reverse Flyes, Seated Barbell Military Press, Barbell Shrug, Upright Rows, Barbell Snatch. Thursday - Back 15 - 10 - 10 - 10 - 8 (15 warm up, 10 lift to failure, 8 cool down) Bent Over Barbell Row, Bent Arm Dumbbell Pullover, Stiff Arm Pulldown, Dead Lift, One-Arm Dumbbell Row, Wide Arm Pulldown. try frankies 5x5. higher weights with lower reps should see ur strength shoot up after a few weeks. and try and incorperate big compound movements as much as poss in ur workouts. i.e dead/bench/squat. best for mass building. basically heavy weights lower reps and big compound movements which work most of the muscles at once. but ideally u should re post this question in the training section on tthis site. plent of good info in there m8.

thats cool m8. it was just my view for a while that starting out with big dosages will leave u having to take even bigger dosages for future cycles to still get good gains. however, i now beleive that 500mg of test is NOT classed as a big dose and that "future cycles" i mentioned were really YEARS down the line (not as soon as i thought) as i found out from users who had been using for many years.
