Size difference - 22 June 2008 16:17
My right upper arm is larger than my left by around half an inch :S. how this is I dont know. To even them up should I do more reps with the left for the biceps and triceps, or add more weight to the left, any help on this is much appreciated as I would like to try and start evening them up asap

Thanks guys

Don't worry about it, many people will have a variation between the size of their arms.

I think mine have about an inch difference between them.
PB's (88kg-natural)
Squat - 135kg
Bench - 125kg x 2
Deadlift - 230kg

If you are right handed it tends to be your right arm that is bigger and visa versa.

Just carry on and dont worry about it, its not a problem and dont alter weights for each arm to compensate, jus keep training and pushing yourself and the other non greedy arm will catch up maybe even overtake like some elses post said!!!

What age are you? Because sometimes if you are young it will correct itself as you grow older.

If not, it shouldn't be a problem. Not sure if this is of any use, but I would bench press with a barbell, not dumbbells, to hit both arms equally.
