Hi All

I saw this routine on the routine forum and was wondering what people think of the training a body part twice a week philosophy. I don't think all of the exercises are great, some need taking out, some need putting in, but what do you guys think of the general priciple.

Back
Seated Rows (Machine)

Biceps
Standing Dumbell Curls

Tuesday/Friday
Chest
Flat Smith's Bench Press
Incline Dumbell Press
Incline Dumbell Flys
Shoulders
Dumbell Shrugs
Seated Dumbell Press
Standing Dumbell Laterals
Triceps
Overhead Cable Press
Straight-bar Cable Pressdowns

I dont mind the train bodyparts twice a week thing. Many pros do it.

But that program sucks IMO! No way should you train legs and back on the same day. There are just too many exercises for each day. IF you train each bodypart twice a week, then you should be doing much less exercises - sets on each day.

I dont mind the train bodyparts twice a week thing. Many pros do it.

Pro's have a lot of extra support though
