Mon chest & bicep
Bench press 4x8/ incline Flyes 4x8 /ez curl 4x8/ hammer curl 4x8

Tues thai boxing workout

Wed back &triceps
Deadlifts4x8 pull downs 4x8 /bent rows 4x8 / tri push down 4x8 skull crusher 4x8

Thursday jiu jitsu

Friday legs and shoulders
Squat 4x8/ legpress 4x8/ calf raise 4x15/seated 4x8/ military press 4x8 seated row 4x8/ shrugs 4x8.

Abs each day
4x25 crunch/ 4x25 v sit / 4x25 medicine ball crunch./4x25 torso twists with weight sat and Sunday rest .

do you feel the routine is working?

cant see anything fundementally wrong with the routine, if anything just a bit on the low side of volume, but if it is working stick with it...

why seated row on shoulder day??
if ur doin it cos it hits rear delts then not much point realy mate.. BB rows hit rear delts too and so do pull downs so leave out the seated row on shoulder day and whack in some upright row ( wide grip) or some read delt laterals...
