depends on the person. i get sod all from mono without decent dext / low-gi intake at the same time. cee on the other hand i find ace, same with mcc, creatine gluconate etc.

worth giving one a try, see what you think, try something different next time and compare. you'll be training for years so plenty of chance to swap n test things out.

---

just seen you've tried mono - in that case, i'd try cee. YES you should use caps. Standard CEE doesn't taste nice...in caps you don't taste it lol :)

If you've already tried mono then try CEE for comparison..it's horses for courses.

How did you respond to mono? Oh and don't cap it, be a man and take a huge teaspoon of the stuff and chew

As has been said it depends on the person...I personally respond a lot better to CEE, and mono gives me the worst cramps of my life.

Only used mono. CEE tested like roasted death. What everyone's opinion of using a fast acting carb with CEE?

Unnecessary IMO. CEE does not need the insulin spike providing by the fast acting carb in the same way Mono does. However, this is based on evidence on how CEE should work, so you could try it and see. If you can stomach it!

opinions on Kre-Alkalyn? Dorian's new product is Kre-Alkayn and I know the guy who runs Extreme raves about it.
