Depends on what you lift. How much do you weigh mate? And how much do you bench? See the first bench is a max of 200 including user. So if your a big man, it wont help much, specially if you get stronger say six months down the line. Thats the main thing Id say you wanna look at buying a bench.

But yes that would be my choice! For the money you wanting to spend you cant expect too much! The padding will be thin and it wont feel top notch, if you know what I mean, but I got one almost like that at my house and it does me just fine! And your alot lighter than me, so dont think you'll have any probs!

It does mate! Same as mine, see that little stick thing its lying on, well that pulls out, and then you stick it back into one of the lower holes so it can go straight and decline!!

Have you not got a shed or garage ?? Tbh, I'd go for something more commercial, something what will last. Im just setting up a gym in our area and I've been getting some great steals on Ebay. But, then again, if your limited to room.
I WORK HARD BUT LIKE TO PLAY EVEN HARDER !!!

O Tbh, I'd go for something more commercial, something what will last. Too expensive. I think his choices are fine seeing as he is new to weightlifting. No point forking out 200quid and deciding 6months down the line you dont want to do it anymore.
