Im due to start my sodium manipulation next week as 2 weeks out from comp
this is my first time doing it, how do u guys do it

i've never done it, i never plan to compete but am going to go through the whole dieting down as if i was to do a show next year just to experience it. how have you planned it out up to now?

its quite late for advice but your best bet is to speak to rightyho, or other members who have competed.
Some people do a sodium load then deplete some dont.

Before anyone can even begin to answer that, you need to post up whether you plan to carb or fat load, how much sodium you've been taking daily up to now, bodyweight, current macros, etc.

It's too easy to blow the prep with ill-planned sodium and water manipulation but if you want help, I'll tell you what I know - need the answers to the above in as much detail as possible first though.

Also, what class you're doing - what the judges are looking for has a bearing on your end prep, too.

up til now it has been just an average daily intake, i have just started to increase it
im doing the novice toned figure catagory
