Cheat meal... oh christ! - 22 June 2008 22:30
Man I feel awful! - My cheat meal tonight was a whole 12" deep pan (stuffed crust!!) pepperoni pizza with garlic dip then 2 slices of garlic bread and a half bowl of asda extra special choc brownie ice cream to finish, man i feel so sick and guilty!!!

What can I do to help speed up recovery from this? - It's making me feel awful.. already had 2 cups of green tea to help speed up my metabolism lol...

any tips?

lol I know but I have to be one of the most strict people you will meet with food and I just think my body can't handle that kind of calorie intake right now.. especially seen as I'm only 3 days off finishing cutting hahaha

Need something to settle my stomach.. :(

To be honest, I am the same ... I've become so used to eating good stuff now and in small amounts, if I was to eat what you have just eaten, I'd be beached on the bed like a whale with a distended stomach, feeling bloated and bad. You have assaulted your digestive system! All you can do now is ride it out. Don't feel guilty though as you had obv planned this cheat meal and I hope you enjoyed it ....well I'm sure you did as it was going down your gullet lol

get some andrews salts down you Neil, that or pepto bismol

just take it easy tomorrow, if its a day off do some cardio and play it by ear with your appetite, besides you train for performance, im sure 1 cheat meal isnt going to blow all of your hard work out the window mate,so just chill

You call that a cheat meal?

Atleast have 4 bowls of salad + tonne of dressing, 4 wholemeal rolls, 1 combo platter to yourself, 1 fudge cake, 1 large sundae icecream, a big lump of milk/dark/white choco cake with more icecream, garlic bread and a steak that was on someone elses plate unfinished. Washed down with some coke, 3 toberlones, 1 bag of strawberry shoe laces and some peanuts.

Adds 10lbs, but 6have dropped off and i eat that on wednesday.
Actually technically wrong, i had 1/3 vanilla sponge + Fajitas + Egg mayo rolls + Crisps + Fruit + Coke as part of a big "birthday picnic" for lunch so that added the weight too.

I did have some diet coke during the day and did 40 minutes cardio before the dinner meal so it obviously cancels it out.
