Latley been keeping fit just bit jogging 3 times a week and couple of sets of situps, press ups, pull ups and dips just bit genral fittnes and just thought boxing would be the sport for me as i done boxing for 2 years wen i was bwt 10 (7year ago) so been owt and bought a bag nd rope nd 25kg dumbel set, my diet is clean in the last few weeks been getting realy healthy but was wondering all you fighters who have alot more exp than me if yous would make me some routine i could do 4-5 times a week less to say my stamina isnt verry gd.

Personally I think this testicle tenderness is due to my recent return to AM cardio. I do it naked on a recumbent bike and my gonads tend to flop about.
