Whey Consortium Core Muscle Building Products at rock bottom prices - 23 June 2008 10:01
SPONSOR MESSAGE

Some very special prices... enjoy

Yes that's not a typo. Those of you who have supported us from the very beginning will recall the massive sacks of unflavoured WPC 75 we used to sell when we first started. We secured 2 tonnes of the material and have been told that that is it for the rest of 2008. There will be no more unallocated stock for anyone to buy. This is a well known Dutch (Euro) WPC 75. We've done nothing with it whatsoever. It comes in the original poly and paper bags, we pop it in a large box with a little packing and it goes out as soon as we can get it out after you place your order. Because of this no frills approach we can get the 5-kilo equivalent price to under £30.00 a go. You can save eben more by buying two for just £85.45 each. Like all our protein products the price includes P&P to all UK mainland addresses (please contact us for quotes to other locations). We believe this limited availability offer, cos once it's gone it's gone for 2008, puts it outside other companies current (as of June 2008) price matching schemes according to their terms and conditions. Therefore we feel it cannot be beaten. These will move fast. Start saving your old tubs to put this in.

PRICE CRUSHING FLAVOURED WHEY PROTEIN - CLICK ME TO ORDER AND FOR INFO

In spite of sales, special offers, limited time offers (more on that below) this is our regular price. For just £49.95 you can get 5-kilos or 11-pounds of our flavoured whey concentrate. The price includes P&P (UK mainland price) . This is our own product, not an import. be sure to check the nutritional info and see how it compares to other products in this price range. It comes in 5 great flavours: banana, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and wildberry

5-kilos for £49.95

An ideal blend of protein and naturally occurring carbohydrates. These babies have been shifting well as they can be beefed up from their regular 37% protein and 43.8% carbs to an amount that suits you. Others use them as lean mass gainers and others as a basic Meal Replacement (MRP). Our special favourite is the chocolate and caramel flavour. You get chocolate on the tongue and then a beautiful caramel aftertaste.

5-KILOS JUST £37.50

There are some real good deals on here!! I will be looking to try some once I have run down what I have already. Comparably cheaper than a lot of places too.

Cheers. All three items offer great value.

I'm super busy today but will be using this thread later to promote a few other things we do. Included will be our most successful Severn Valley strongman competition to date.

That's not a logo per se but something we're playing around with. One of the regular gym guys at out strongman facility in our unit is very handy with the old photo programs. Check out our forum for some images he's been playing with this week. Here's a couple of samples:

Before. My camera but used by a mate who is good at taking pics.

I'm nagging him to put something together for an advert we wanna run.

Cheers. Two of our regulars placed 1st and 3rd. The standard of guys right across the board is higher than it was a few years back with not one missing 90-kilos on the thick bar (axle) press. 198lbs on a 2" bar is, as a quick look at this sites logs will show, good lifting for overhead. The youngest were both 17.

Here's Harry Shahlaei accepting his 1st place trophy (more to follow):

This was also the biggest group (31 were down to compete and I think we had 28 on the field) we've had. We also ran Britain's Strongest Woman alongside it (more photos of that as well to come).

I was very lucky with this shot cos I just held my camera up over the heads of the crowd to get the shot.

RE: The Whey Consortium coming at ya - 27 June 2008 09:03
mobster, 15kg - 30kg of whey is alot of whey to get stuck with if its not to my liking. any chance of a sample of it so i can try b4 i buy??

i will give an honest review of it on here upon request and by the sounds of it your not worried about it being a poor review as your quite confident about the product. to be brutally honest though, though on paper this sounds a great deal, upwards of £85 is alot of money for me to lay out when i live off the peanuts the government gives me to care for my other half. a small sample would be really useful to give me a taste of whats to come and would help reassure others of an excellent product if it is indeed one and you seem confident that it is.

what ever you do mob, ta anyway

RE: The Whey Consortium coming at ya - 27 June 2008 09:14
Right now - no. We're not set up to handle the product in it's powdered form on our premises hence our using another party to pack all the other material we sell. We keep no empty tubs or sample pots on the premises whatsoever. ALL the stock of thise product is being helkd with us rather than the packing company (we usually get product sent there directly and then have it sent down to us). I regularly use our product and am currently working my way through some WPC 80. I have, however, used this product in the past hence being able to describe it's taste, texture and so on. Indeed it was ALL we sold when we first started and were able to do so for a year before adding other products - so I know it's sound. The margin of profit on these are small and so taking a bite, even a small one, from very limited stock (once it's gone it's gone etc). Please feel free to ask if anyone else has used it and compare their comments to my description on our site.

Regarding reviews... to be honest I am as you say not asking for or looking for any. I know for a fact that all the bulk sellers products vary very little be that in protein, amino, fat, whathaveyou content. Taste is, as I have described in the past, very subjective or individual so it is easy to get both good and bad reviews for an identical product - even identical to one sold by another company in our sector. You'll note we've never used a review system on our site (easy to manipulate anyway) nor quoted customer comments (editable) and so on. From time to time people have commented on our products and service - feel free to search - and the majority of these have been good.

Plus, as we seen just this week, several MT members had samples of a rival company sent to them and then posted about their buying another product (FBG is one of the guilty ha ha)!!

all well and good mate. if were all being honest here i'm not over interested in giving you a review anyway, not for any negative reason, just because it wasnt the reason i wanted a sample. i'll not buy 15-30kg of whey from someone on the grounds that 'they' say its ok. i want to try it first to see if i like it before i throw upto £90 at it. if you cant offer me a sample of the large amount of whey (as far as my personal purchases goes) then unfortunately i cant trust the whey to be good enough to risk getting it off you.

as for FBG and others trying samples but then buying elsewhere, fair play to them. if they didnt like it why buy it. maybe they did like it but like other whey more. buy the other whey then FBG, you carry on mate(as i'm sure you will lol). i aint sure where mobster thinks he is going on thise digs anyway.

IMO only, if company A is selling x product in far larger amounts than normal for a great price, but wont send you 50g of it to see how it is first, be it whey or washing up liquid, leave well alone, its prolly crap. when something looks to good to be true, usually it is.

is mobsters falling into that bracket, selling crap??

no idea, i doubt it being as he is a popular poster on here.

will i be risking my money on it though??

errrrr, nah, not a chance
