Nice one Buddy! What would you recommend as a first cycle then? I was planning a Test E 12 weeker.

Also, IIRC you also are a Crohn's sufferer, are there any meds that you suggest i avoid?

Nothing contributes so much to tranquilizing the mind as a steady purpose - a point on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye.

Got through all of that article, and found another topic on here about shorter cycles, and think I'm gonna stick to running shorter cycles after the first 10/12 weeker that i do in a few months.

great link m8! thanks alot. ive just read it and im now convinced its the way forward fore me! it will suit my lifestyle/training regime perfectly. i love the thought of getting a quick pump/gain and only having to wait 4 weeks or so till my next cycle. the main thing that attracted me apart from it being safer ect was that with short time off it will no doubt keep my motivation up! which is a must at the mo due to lots of stresses from work, life and the misses ect ect. plus i get REALLY down after PCT for ages! :( so this will suit me much better.
like Jake, i too will be doing short cycles from now on once i finish my 10 weeker that im about to start in a week or so!

question:
im about to do a 10 weeker with Prop and Anavar and Prov. for the short cycles i would be using Prop again and provided i get on well with Anavar (as ive not done it yet) i'd like to add that into my short cycles aswell. but would i notice anything with 4 weeks of Anavar at 100mg/day. or would the Anavar need longer to make any real difference?
any opinions would be appreciated guys. thanks.
strength is in my genes, size isnt.........thank god for AAS!

good link but that site sells aas so you will have to delete it. copy the article and post it here.

i think longer cycles are good up untill you start to strugle to keep your gains after cycle ie when your far past your natty potential. then imo i think short cycles are best since you have shorter time off

SIZE = FOOD

* steroids are an addition to a good diet and training routine not a miracle drug!

The late Paul Borreson documented the benefits of short cycles many years ago.
I remember i tried one of his recommended cycles having had a good 12 months off gear.
It was simply;
Weeks 1-4 500mg of sust and 400mg of deca
Weeks 5-7 50mg of winnie and 100mg of prop
nolva was run throughout and clomid as pct

I put on over a stone, immediately went on holiday without training, for two weeks, whilst completing pct and didnt lose anything.
I had 4 weeks off and then repeated the cycle adding 50mg pd of dbol for 6 weeks. Added another 7lbs and kept it.
This method worked extremely well for me for a couple of years.
