tesco multi vitamins and minerals a to z
holland&barret glucosamine sulphate
tesco omega 3

The bottom of my rucksack is all sticky thanks to those adonis shakers.

I got this deal months ago, great deal, 1 of my shaker tops is **** and makes it leak so i just use one top for two shakers everytime i use each one, 2 shakers for £3.50 delivered is a great deal, you would be lucky to get one shaker delivered for that price.

Yeah seems a good deal, but don't seem great shakers.

But you were only trying to help, so thanks in that respect.

I use the Precision Engineering ones from GNC, cost around £3 i think and are great, mix things well and don't leak one bit.
