Cutting:
Taking carbs in the morning, pre workout and post workout...
Not losing any bodyfat, where shall I drop? Or shall I just decrease each portion slightly?

Personally I wouldn't drop carbs from those times, maybe reduce the overall daily cal intake and increase cardio
