my new workout plan

monday =

CG bench press tricep 4 sets 10 reps + ez bar behind the neck presses 4 sets 10 reps. +deadlifts 4 ses 10 reps.

tuesday =

benchpress 4 sets 10 reps + ez bar curls 3 sets 10/9/8 reps/ + Barbell Bent-over Row 4sets 10 reps

wednesday =

some leg work mainly squats. as main as poss squating 45kg in 30min


thursday=

CG bench press tricep 4 sets 10 reps + ez bar behind the neck presses 4 sets 10 reps. +deadlifts 4 ses 10 reps.


friday =

benchpress 4 sets 10 reps + ez bar curls 3 sets 10/9/8 reps/ + Barbell Bent-over Row 4sets 10 reps


my hole starting out plan in january was to lose weight.

jan 08 i weighted 98kg. with man boobs. and 14inch arm.

now weight 92kg 15 incharms nice chest still got a bit ov a belly not much


plz comment good or bad

Gonna be honest..I hate it

Problems i see
Multiple compounds on same day - TOO MUCH BENCHING -

I think you would be better off with 1 major compound and some assist each day, chest , legs and back only once a week,

For example:
Monday - Squats, shoulder work

Wednesday - CG bench, bench, tricep work

Friday - dead, rows

this would be basic template and you could add a nit more assist work if inclined to do so.

sorry no pic's. wish i had taken a before but never thought about it as said i only started lifting to loose weight.
didnt expect to gain. but the more i lift the more i get in too it.

i look bigger now even tho i'm smaller. meaning the weigt loss.

the only reason ive set this workout up is so i can workout everyday to help loose more fat.

before i was doing a day on day of isolation workouts. but have read componds to be more effective for the beginers.

also to add my plan is to gett this last bit of fat from my stomach area gone. then start eating big. and then look for a more advanced workout.
