hi , been reading the article by james and wondered what every one on here thought about the whole bulking and cutting idea.
For my mind the ultra strict cut does represent a period of time when it s impossible to be in a position to gain muscle while the diet is so constrained .
Has anyone here found a balance where a one stop diet that allowqs the shed of body fat and gain of muscle due to the changing of calorie deffecit to calorie positive through different parts of the day .
I find it very interesting as a concept as i hate eating like a gerbil.
Would love to hear tt or james opinion .

The key is to swap metabolic states over the course of a week, structured around training
