Skipping as a form of cardio - 23 June 2008 22:03
How does skipping sound to you guys as a form of cardio?

i'd do it first thing in the morning for around 20 mins (unfuelled) mon - fri

then - mon, wed, fri - weights in the evening
- tues, thurs - 40 mins slow and steady cycling in the evening

looking to cut but need something extra and i really cant cycle more (need to keep it interesting) so i thought i'd skip instead

Skipping is a great form of cardio mate!

Only problem is that you need to keep it relatively high intensity, which isn't the best thing first thing in the morning.
I'm a wizard of the word, that's what you heard
And anything else is quite absurd
