4k calories - 23 June 2008 22:08
Chatting some rather large chap at work..

Believe there is a 4k shake available which i also hear is supposed to be rather gash...

Would the sheer intake of 4k, once nightly be recommended for a hard gainer who also uses protein, carb shakes.. i.e USN MASS. IGF-1 and Musscle Fuel..

Cheers

It's a better idea to make your own with some fruit or veg in there, all you need is a blender.

Gash means bad.
I would be very surprised if you could get 4k of calories down you in one sitting. It would be almost impossible.
And it would make you fat.

4K would surely be a bucketload! The gainers with like 1500 cals in use something like 6 heaped scoops, so times that by 3 and thats near enough what you need

Impossible. It would be a thick THICK sludge, like drinking cement.

four thousand cals is a huge amount and Saffa says it could prob hold your brick wall together. the most I've ever seen before is 1,000 cals in the PVL Monster Maxx. Make a one yourself as you can make suit your tastes and needs and you'll know exactly what is in it.

My source is a guy i work with.. he admits it sits on ya stomach and if taken at the start of the day makes you feel like your full all day.. he also admits its not got much of anything any good in it... suppose its like liquidising 6 bic macs.

I am using the usn mass 3 (about 96g carbs) times a day with the IGF-1 protein straight after workout. I take all after meals and eating 3 toast an shake before bed..

I do not do any cardio.. well i do the abs an core workout twice weekly.. and train 3-4 times weekly.. 2 body parts till positive/negative failure.

Just hungry for size (sorry for the punn)
