Thats a good leg day there mate. I personally wouldnt do squats and deadlifts on the same day. It would be too much weight for me. I would do deadlift on my back day. So as I understand you do your whole uper body on one day and then legs on another? Seems a bit much for me for one day (the uper body part) I dont think you would be able to work each body part to its full capacity that way. You need to split it up more so that you can focus on all the major muscles individually. But its up to you in the end. Put the link to your journal in your sig, then people will know about it and click on it!

I Only see SLDL in his post, which is a leg exercise. I also do them on my leg day.

The main muscle used is the Erector Spinae sith the following playing a secondary role: * Gluteus Maximus * Adductor Magnus * Hamstrings Stabilizers * Quadriceps * Trapezius, Middle * Rhomboids * Latissimus Dorsi * Trapezius, Upper * Levator Scapulae * Trapezius, Lower It is not a leg exercise.

Anyway, thats just off point. I was saying I wouldnt do two big compound moves on he same day. You just wont be able to give the same focus and intensity to both.

Done with a 'fairly' light weight and good form it hammers the back of your legs. I love it. Bad form though means it puts alot of weight on your lower back so have to be careful.

Hamstrings are not part of the leg? It trains the posterial chain too, nothing wrong with that either. Taylor, you leg day is fine. I'd drop leg extensions personally. If you still want an exercise in there place, i'd use lunges.

Well if you bothered to read properly I said: muscles that play a secondary role.
