Measurement callipers

Any ideas if you can buy these in sports shops or are they best bought off the internet?
I am fairly new to all this and am trying to establish if i am losing bf without losing lean mass.

probably best value on-line rather than in shops,
although if my experience is anything to go by, dont bother as i have tried using them and very different readings everytime, as i have no training in the proper use of them, i did find i got quite disheartened, and found that getting an assesment with a personal trainer every 6 weeks best, as he knows exactly how to use those bloody things properly.
but if you still want to have a go the accumeasure ones are good value, try google
