hi,been thinking about how to shock my muscles....... been doing (3x8) on one week,but 2nd week ive been repping sets out as in.(3x8)say for chest 60kg then i dropp weight to say 50kg,repping them out til no more lift,then wrking my way down to 10-7 kg until total failure,,is this method anygood???

You are better off focusing on your working sets, moving the biggest weight you can for the rep range. What you are discribing is a drop set (or lots of them lol), I wouldn't use more than one drop set for a given exercise tbh.
