-
24 June 2008 12:25
Ok guys been cutting properly since april, a week after my son was born. Started doing cardio 4 times a week with weights 3 days a week doing an upper/lower/upper split. Only doing lower once a week due to an injury in my hip. Have gradually upped the cardio over time to just steady state cardio am 6 days a week for 40-55 mins. I usually sit around 16stone and am now down to 14 stone 2. In the last 2 months went from 15st 4 down to 14st 2 which is roughly 2lb a week. But I still don’t visibly see my abs so need some help as to what to change. My wife wants me to stop losing the weight but I want to finally have abs and then build the foundations back up. 6.15 – 40-50 mins steady state cardio (1 RPM + 2 Drive) 7.15 – 50g oats in water, 15g rasins, 1 whole egg, 4 whites - 2 high strength fish oil caps 10.15 – 1 tin tuna, 1 apple, 20g peanut butter 12.45 – 150g chicken, 30g wholemeal pasta, green veg 3.30 – 40g whey blend, 30g oats, 1 apple 4.30- 3 RPM + 2 Drive 5.10 - train 6.00 – PWO - 40g whey in water 7.00 – 150 lean red meat/mince, 30g pasta/couscous 9.30 – 25g ground flaxseed and 25 protein blend 10.30 – 200g cottage cheese 2 high strength fish oil caps 7.00 – 45-55mins steady state cardio (2 Rpm + 2 Drive) 8.15 - 50g oats in water, 15g rasins, 1 whole egg, 4 whites - 2 high strength fish oil caps, 1 high strength green tea cap, 1 multivit 10.45 - 1 tin tuna, green veg, 3 rivita’s or 2 oatcakes 1.00 – 50g whey blend, 30g oats, 1 apple 3.00- 2 Drive 4.00 – 150g chicken, 30g pasta, green veg 7.00- 40g whey blend, 25g flax seeds, 1 apple 10.00 – 250 g cottage cheese, teaspoon peanut butter, 2 high strength fish oil caps
