I have had these whilst in Mexico and know they are very popular in The States, can anyone tell me:

a) where (if possible) can I buy the ingredients in England ie course ground corn?

b) does anybody have any specific "Grits" recipes as a good morning meal for bulking?

They're coarse ground corn. You can buy them here, Â£3.20 for 5 kilos.
