Hi all how you all doing my name is Chris im from Shropshire and im 26

Been training on and off for nearly 2 years now and never really got anywhere as far as results go, so i am now on a fact finding mission to aid me in reaching my goals
Ive just started back at the gym and this time i want to get it right, as everyone i have my strengths and weaknesses! Strengths being determination and my weakness which to this day causes me to have mental block

is Diets, so this will be one of the things i will be investigating first,

Just thought id say hi and introduce myself
