Current NHS Employees - Application help - 24 June 2008 18:04
I started an application for a new jobs today. Its a bit out of my current depth but I thought Id give it a go anyway. Anyway Im struggling ona a couple of the topics so would value any input you might be able to give me.

Knowledge of workforce issues in the NHS and shift systems
Knowledge and awareness of key operational issues such as EWTD, temporary staffing, IWL etc
Awareness of cultural change issues and stakeholder views

Have a few vague ideas for these but not much. Any ideas.
Its for a Project Management job by the way

Cheers in advance
