I threw special k with red berries, 30g of strawberry whey, a banana and half a litre of low fat milk into the blender for breakfast this morning and it was delicious.

I have started blending lots of things and throwing it in shakes. Its an easy way to have a meal, and i get bored of the same things. Never tried special k though.
