Ok, so I was doing weights for a couple of months, starting seeing results etc.. then exams come up, i didn't really like what i was eating before and would miss most of it out, anyway I've come up with this, please tell me what you think.
I'm about 6 foot 4 and am 10 stone 7 AKA Skinny lol, looking to bulk a lot:
Meal 1 Breakfast (8.00)
5 scrambled eggs
One cup of oats
1 pint of milk
Meal 2 Pre Lunch (10.30)
2 Weetabix
Handful of mixed nuts
3 Fish Oil Capsules
Banana
2 Tablespoons of All Natural Peanut Butter
2 Bottles of water (50cl bottles)
Meal 3 Lunch (12.30)
200g Grilled Chicken
130g Brown Rice
2 Bottles of water (50cl bottles)
Vegatables
Meal 4 Preworkout (15.30)
2 Weetabix
300g Tinned Tuna
150g Wholemeal Pasta
Salad
Apple
2 Bottles of water (50cl bottles)
WORKOUT (17.30) Drink plenty of water
Meal 5 Post workout (18.45)
Whey Protein Shake
Banana
1 Pint of Milk
Meal 6 (8.00)
High protein meal differing on content to vary e.g. Steak, Red Meat, Chicken, high protein pancakes etc..
2 Bottles of water (50cl bottles)
Meal 7 (10.00)
100g Cottage Cheese
Whey Protein Shake
2 Table spoons of Peanut butter
1 Pint of Milk
Low fat Yogurt
11.00 BED
