Hi I'm going on me hols in 2 months time- and i want to look my best- i'd like to remove the fat from by bod- currently 13% and add a bit of mucle- i really want to get rid of the wobblies around my midsection here is my schedule: 6.45 AM pre-workout- 1 banana, 1 red bull, 20g whey in water 7.25AM-8.45 WEIGHTS + 15 mins ABS 9.0 POST WORKOUT- 30g whey/25g Dextrose 10.15- POST WORKOUT MEAL- 2 slices wholemeal, peanut butter + 4 egg omelette(1whole, 3whites) 12.30- Lunch- 100g Chicken/Lamb + 50g Pasta 2.0- 100g Chicken/Lamb + 50g Pasta 4.0- 1 Apple 6.30- 30 mins run 7.30- 150g rice/pasta + 100g chicken/lamb i do weights 4 times a week(different bod parts), cardio 3/4 times a week I know it doesnt look too good- i would love some constructive criticism- i am going to add some EFA's in the form of omega 3 fish oil caps and will try to make my cardio 45 mins Thanks for looking

doesn't look too bad i'd maybe reduce carbs in your last meal and replace with some veggies or salad like you mentioned, get some efa's in cardio 7 days a week really gets it dropping off if you can fit it in
