I need something to boost my training - i've been looking on the net for something but don't want to waste my cash on something rubbish. I've tried a good strong cup of coffee but it's definitely not hitting the spot and need something with more kick. I've had ephedrine in the past and love the buzz i got from that, so am looking for something along similar lines.
All recommendations greatly apreciated !!

One cup of coffee wont do much mate. But if you supplement with strong caf tabs you will feel the difference! Try this:

I have been using it now for a few weeks and its good. Just need to dose a bit higher than what the bottle says.

They are amazing for getting that pre-workout buzz, certainly get the heart going..
