Right got 3 and a half weeks till holiday and i know this isn't an awful lot of time to be seeing many changes but every little helps

anyone have any advice/tweaks for my diet. Goin for the typical cut - looking to decrease bodyfat as much as possible while retaining muscle mass.
Stats
Age - 21
Height - 5"10
Weight - 81kg
BF - about 12% according to device at the gym
Lifestyle - inactive apart from cardio/weights
6 am - 30-45 mins SSCV 6 times a week
7am - 2 scoops 90+ + 3 flax oil caps + 1 fish oil cap
8am - 1 rice cake with teaspoon of almond butter
10am - 250ml LEW + 250ml pure orange + 25g mixed nuts + 25g dried fruit
12pm - 125g chicken/beef + veg/salad + apple
3pm - 1 scoop 90+ + 1 rice cake with teaspoon almond butter
6pm - 150g chicken/beef/turkey/fish + 75g pasta/rice/potatoes + veg/salad
6.45pm - Banana
7pm - Train
8.30pm - 2 scoops 90+
9.15pm - 50g oats + 50g organic yogurt + 25g dried fruit + 250ml LEW + 250ml pure orange juice
10.45pm - 2 scoops 90+ + 3 flax oil caps + 1 fish oil cap
Never really calculated properly before but just done a quick calc there and its about 300g protein and 2500 calories and i think so what would be best to lower this down? I'm thinking:
12pm - 100g chicken etc
7pm - 100g chicken etc
7pm - 50g pasta etc
Maybe remove the dried fruit?
Desperately want to speed the fat loss up here, seemed to have slowed to a halt but i had a pretty bad cheat weekend so that may be the reason. Any pointers much appreciated. Thanks.
