I'm looking to do a 2 day split but not sure what would be best combination, which of the following would be best together:

Back,
Chest,
Legs,
Shoulders.

No Pain... No Gain...

I'm doing a 3 day split, day 1 arms. I can't decide which combination is best to for the other 2 days.

Think about the size of the different muscle groups mate. Arms are the smallest, so why dont you want to split them into the routine?

If you really wanna do arms on their own then I would say for the other two days:

Chest Legs
Arms
Back Shoulder

It wouldnt really matter which way you mix them. I would split shoulders and chest though, cause that gives your shoulders a main workout and a secondary one on chest day.

A 2 day split = upper day and lower day.

Or you could do a whole body routine, which would be better if your training 2 days/week.
