Think the best would be to carb load, but I maybe wrong. I also recall something about glycerine being usful, but I cant recall exactly where i read it Thanks Funkster

Use their overpriced protein and you can gain 8lbs of muscle in a week. Maybe that new plasmajet, not sure who makes it, but people seem to rate it. Thai will know.
