Im going to be starting the gaspari SP250 and SIZEon Stack very shortly. Just wondered if any of you guys had any feedback on the stack. What gains are expected/will energy levels increase? And will it help with cutting? thanks

Only used 1 sample of Size on From Thai and that session i felt noticable Bigger during and after, if it was down to size on im not 100% sure but am tempted to try a run of it.

As for SP250 i brought Trial size only used it twice so far. 2 Scoops provided some pump but not what it says on the tin, However all pump products i have tryed its the best.

Lots of reviews on the US boards or if you do a Google.

It's pretty new to the UK and people used to take the piss with pricing (e.g. I think it used to be like 50 quid a tub ), which slowed it's uptake.

Personally I've done 2 stacks with it:

1) SP250 / SizeOn / Novedex XT
2) SP250 & SizeOn

Both times saw really good strength gains from the sp / so, the first stack I also saw some significant leaning out...probably due to the AI properties of NXT.

Make sure you take it as per the instructions - sizeon is the only creatine I know of that recommends being drunk during the workout. It's a nice refreshing drink to have then too.

probably the best two supps i've tried apart from protein, definately recommend both.
decided to stop and try bsn cell mass and no explode, didn't even come close to gaspari.

think they have changed the directions for size on, as it said take last think at night on one of my tubs, then the next said take during workout. anyway i stuck to at night worked well for me.

I think from memory (though this was on tubs 12 months ago when I took it) it was during w/o on w/o days, and last thing on non-w/o days.

May have been updated however.

did you try the AVPT cellmass / no-x? Been looking for reviews of this recently.

think i had three tubs of size on, and the labels were slightly different and one said last thing at night only, so thats what i did, the next two said during workout but decided to stick to last thing at night, worked well.

don't think it was the avpt. got mine just after the claims about ingredients missing etc, so i guess the avpt is getting the ingredients into check.

might have to have a look, but at your prices i'm going back to gaspari!

On which item?

We dropped prices on 10 items last week. I think DY NOX stayed the same, but we introduced some other products of his which are significantly cheaper (e.g. the DY Creatine - so if it was 14 quidish then that will be that).
