2 weeks to drop c.8 lbs!! - 25 June 2008 02:34
coming up to the end of epi,and hopefully im gonna tie the cut in with that.

currently sat at about 195,with fluid/bit of fodder,would like to be 185 max,nearer 180.

im thinking of doing the following:

1 packet sugar free jelly a day.(2/3 servings)

120 ish grams min of protein from 3xshakes

then tortilla with tuna/turkey/ham etc x2

steak/chicken/fish etc for one meal,with veg/beans/small rice

eggs/white,omlettes

bananna pwo

cardio will be intense, probly about 9 out of 14 days.

will be doing ma/mma training.

heavy weight work will be dropped to one upper, one lower, with lighter work as part of cardio/conditioning.

possible or not?

cheers

Do you have a fight coming up or something?

Sure it can be done, but it sounds quite taxing on your body. Then again, it's only 14 days.

Obviously to lose 1lb of fat you need to create a deficit of 3500cal, so you'll only be able to lose a maximum of 4lbs of fat in the two weeks. If your maintenance level is around 2500, that will mean you have to eat 35000 calories over 14 days to maintain your weight. To drop 4lb per week of body weight you'll need to create a deficit of 14000cal per week, which means 28000 for the entire duration. That would leave you eating only 7000cals for the entire duration, or 500cals a day in this scenario.

To make things simple, I would eat next to no carbs, around 1000cal a day and do cardio like a demon. You will feel terrible and you will probably look terrible afterwards, but you're the one who wants to do it
I'm a wizard of the word, that's what you heard
And anything else is quite absurd

il keep going after the cycle then im not gonna be anywhere near able to do so low calories day in day out.

think ill keep the diet similar and do the following weeks plus pct,it was looking like that might be a possibility at the start, ill see how the cardio takes effect.

cheers.
