Exercises With EZ Bar

What exercises can you do with an EZ bar? (no bench or anything) Excluding the obvious triceps curl and pull-ups for Traps Any Help???

You ever heard of an exercise called 21's? It's bicep curls but you do half motion each time, so if you started in the normal position you bring the bar up to 45 degree angle 7 times, then from the 45 angle to the top (normal finish position) for 7 times and then the proper bicep curl, top to bottom for 7 times. I think that's an ok explanation. try youtube for a demo i am sure.

All the normal barbell exercises. Shoulder press, barbel rows, if you really wanted to you can bench from the floor.

21's are a fantastic bicep workout. There always part of my bicep routine.
When I get tired and want to stop, I wonder what my next opponent is doing, I wonder if he is still working out, I visualise him, When I see him still working, I start pushing myself, When I see him quit, I start pushing myself harder.

I think 21's may be an endurance exercise for your biceps so if your trying to gain strength or muscle mass this wont help, im not sure though.
