Was thinking of switching from a 4 day split to a routine where I had a 2 day break between workouts. I'm curious to see how my body might respond to the additional recovery time.

My current routine is as follows :

Monday: Shoulders & Traps
Wednesday: Back & Bi's
Friday: Chest & Tri's
Sunday: legs & Calves


Therefore my new routine might look like this :


Monday: Shoulders & Traps
Thursday: Back & Bi's
Sunday: Chest & Tris
Wednesday: Legs & Calves
Saturday: Shoulders & Traps
Tuesday: Back & Bi's
Friday: Chest & Tri's
Monday: Legs & Calves


Has anyone else tried this ?

I love watching programs about aas.

If it wasnt for the fact they can make you go bald I would do them now, the day I go bald though Ill be straight on them.

Give it a try and see how it goes - in all honesty I cannot see it being a problem the extra recovery time will do you no harm - just make sure you give it a go in your workouts.
