For the women, I would say make up: can't understand those who put dream tan or other brands on their face, & those who match their eye shadow with their bikini(yellow bikini with yellow eye shadow: very nice!).

For the men, I would say the posing routine...

Posing is usually rubbish - mine included but then, I am a shy person by nature and giving it large in me underpants in front of 500 people scares me witless.

Conditioning is usually the other one - many see abs and chest cuts and assume they're ready - not until your back is split into 6-8 groups you're not, with hamstrings to match.

Posing in routines I know some people have no rhythm but that doesn't stop anyone keeping it nice and simple to a slow song, instead of all this gansta rappin' and terrible body popping I've seen many a time...

Other than that condition, but I'm totally guilty of that one myself

Having been to quite a few shows already this year - it has to be posing. It's blatantly obvious that people are not practicing their compulsories. At least half an hour every day in the final few weeks will not only ensure good presentation but will do wonders for your physique.

Treat it like another training session - get it done!!

Posing in the compulsaries.

Something as comparatively simple to get right, lets them down. The amount of competitors who not only don't post brilliantly, but actually post appaulingly
