obliques - 25 June 2008 15:43
hi there does anyone work obliques? been thinking of doing them but wasnt sure what good obliques look like and if i would end up looking fatter if you know what i mean?

If you Squat or Deadlift (which I recommend), then your obliques will get worked.

You wont look fatter, you'll just have a more solid mid section (after a resonably long amount of time of training).

thanks , yep do deads and squats, would you do anything else like side bends with dumbbells?

ive seen people in the gym doing these and theyve all got one thing in common.

theyre skinny and dont look like they train.

ive seen people in the gym doing deadlifts and squats. they look good.

id say dont waste your time, but im also no expert.
