Can people please advise me on some good wrist wraps and elbow wrap/sleeves and the best place in the uk to get them? Thanks in advance.

Well, the first time I wore the 24" APT Wrist wraps, I got a new Welsh record of 275kgs in the bench press and only just missed 285kgs...

Phaaa... That fcuk all. My Mate's, mate, mate benched 100000 million kg wearing just a pair of socks tied round his wrist's. serious though are they really that good. (tight)

Iv used inzer z wraps for the last 3 years and the APTs piss all over them mate - I wrapped my wrists a little to tight on wednesday and I was nearly screaming towards the end of the set due to the pain in my hands!!

I user inzer knee wraps (which are around 5 years old) or so, and they give barely any increase in weight, which I dont mind because its training, however for comps looks like Ill get new wraps called ATP if theyre that good,
I maybe get a 5-10kg increase on squat if that from old inzer wraps
