is it worth taking or not? and is there anything else that could be used with or instead of creatine to help to traine harder?
i also hear its bad for the liver but what side effects can this cause and any percautions need to be taken?

if your training and diet are spot on its worth considering but dont expect any miracles

if you do make sure you're drinking plenty of water.. at least 10 pints a day

yeah i heard you need to drink loads of water to flush out your liver. my diet and training are very good just want to see results faster but im not sure if its worth it

once the basics are covered creatine is a fine addition to a hypertrophy strength based prgramme

there is another sub-forum which deals with supplements tho
