pullovers - 25 June 2008 18:15
im pissed off because id like to employ pullovers in to my routine as i hear about all its benefits. my shoulders are inujury free but when i do pullovers (with perfect form) i get a locking sensation in my rear shoulder socket and the pain forces me to stop. is there anything i can do about it and does anybody else have the same problem? thanks in advance
