Ive posted this before along while back but made minor adjustments & possibility of starting a cycle soon while on a 12 week run of this routine, currently on Frankies mass 2 day routine but dont think getting enough out of it?
What do you make of it? thanks
Day 1: Chest, should's, tri's
barbell Bench flat
dips
Barbell Military Press
Barbell Lying Triceps Extension

Day 2: Rest

Day 3: Back, bi's
Deadlifts
pullups
rows
curls

Day 4: Rest

Day 5: Legs, abs
Squat
Stiff leg dead lifts
calf raises
ab work

Days 6+7: rest
