TT isn't a member here any more. Unless you're using AASs or are a newbie or are using some fancy carbohydrate cycling diet, you can't gain muscle mass and lose fat mass at the same time.

You seem to have sufficient protein, carbohydrate & EFAs so you have the bases covered. What results have you got so far (ignoring the first week's changes)?

I find if you take weight gain & also lean mass meal replacement at the same time then you gain muscle and lose fat. However be warned it does have it's downside I.E sitting on the loo ,ost of the day!!

could you explain how please?

Dragon: diet looks sound mate. You can be in different stages of anabolism and fat burning. Try focusing the majority of your intake of carbs on brekkie pre and post training and have less during the times youre inactive. Seeing as youre on AAS nutrient partition should be better and you should see some decent results out of it. Especially since youre coming back from a lay-off IIRC?

thanks mate , was going to be my next question , was planning top modufy to include a higher carb intake at these times on training days only what u reckon ? got the idea from a borrensen post elsewhere and also seen in a waterbury diet plan

thing about all these plans is that they dont work for everyone. The only way you will get results is to tweak and learn what works for your own body. I can give you a plan to start with but youre going to have to change it to suit your own needs as time goes by. very hard to advice advanced trainers as they know what works for them

iam no expert but i noticed two things one is not to do with you diet.

If i was you i would have my protein as soon as a wake up.As you body is going to need some after repairing those muscles all night. also by waiting 1 hour to eat upon waking you could be slowing your metabolism down which isnt helping for keeping fat at bay

also i notced you are going to bed at 11.30 or later and getting up and 6.30 thats not much sleep for someone who is enduring intense training.

RE: diet check please - 30 June 2008 21:29
hi fellas both good comments , ( i opener deffo like if possible dude thanks )unfortunately my job as a senior manager requires both long hours and travel , and usualy doing the next days food and shower ect mean thats the earliest i get to bed , also same in the morning , do have the oats ect liquidised so one glug n down have reposted diet again with all info added take a look , will be running a diary this time also as will do pct then a dnp cycle followed by igf /hgh and slin before bulking again.

The cycle
week 1-4 sustanon 250 1000mg (front load)
weeks 4-12 sustanon 250 500mg
weeks 1-10 trenbolone acetate 100mg eod
weeks 8-14 winstrol stanazanol 70mg ed
weeks 1-12 armidex 0.5

post cycle therapy
week 15 start nolva 3 tabs day 1, 2 tabs day 2-11, 1 tab days 12-21
hcg at week 8 2500 mg and week 10 at 5000mg

clenbuterol & cytomel (100mcg ed)
STARTWK 8
Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
