Body Strength

Hi, I would just like to ask if anyone could answer this, why is it that i'm weaker at the finger tip on my left hand then my right hand. I'm obviously a right handed person been training for the last 3 years. In my eyes and as a personal achievement going from a 7st Skinny person to a 12st medium build, i think i have done pretty good, my bodys more toned and the most noticable muscles. I try to keep my diet in check as much as i can but i slip now and again. So... I've just been to the gym and havent really done a proper work out for months, when i mean proper i mean having someone there as a partner to help you lift more. We did back excersies, DEADLIFTS - didnt have a problem with them, T-BAR - no problem with them either, SEATED ROWS - no problem. But i had trouble doing Single arm dumbell row with my left arm. My right arm was perfect, picked it up and rowed away. But i just couldnt seem to get the strength in my left hand fingers to keep a grip of the dumbell, i had to rest the dumbell on my palm to lift it up and from there i was okay, did 10-8 reps no problem. Same with Cable front pulldown, my left hand always gave in before my right. The feeling i get is bloody shamefull because i just dont know what's going on or what i have done wrong. Any help in my quest to be equal would be greatfully apprieciated. Kind Regards

If you can heap your winnings, and risk it all on one turn of pitch-and-toss, and lose, and start again at your beginnings, and never breathe a word of your loss; Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it, And, which is more, you'll be a Man, my son
