Can only train 2 times a week....... - 25 June 2008 22:38
Can anyone help me with a routine? I can only make it to the gym 2 times each week. I'm thinking of:

1st day

Squats
Bench
Shoulders
Tris

2nd day

Deads
Chins/pulldowns
Rows
Bi's

Twice a week is a bit limited, so I would stick to the compound exercises and then add a few for mix.

How long do you have in the gym each time?

Maybe day 1:

Squat
Leg ext
Bench
Incl dumbell press
Scull crushers
tricep extension

day 2
Deadlift
lat pullsdowns
Shoulder press
Arnold press
Dumbell curl
Preacher curl


There you have 2 exercises per body part per week, not ideal, but if you only have 2 days, you only have 2 days.
