Hi All, Im pretty new to this site and looking for your help. I think I might need a little help with my mass building routine. On the whole I am happy with the workload but after looking at other peoples routines on here I feel as though I might not be doing enough on certain body parts to get the most growth out of the muscle (<-- i could be wrong about this). Do you think I should change things around or just keep it the way it is. 5x5 Routine with 3x8 for some exercises. Do a little amount of cardio a couple of days a week just to keep the ticker in check. Mon -Back & Bi's Deadlift 5x5 Bent over row 5x5 BB curl 3x8 Tues - Rest Wed - Chest & Tri's Flat Bench 5x5 Incline flys 5x5 - Alternate weeks Decline flys 5x5 Tri press - 3x8 Thurs - Rest Fri - Legs & Shoulders Squat 5x5 SLDL 5x5 Shoulder press 3x8 Sat & Sun rest. Any help, tweaking, alterations, advice, or just general ideas would be fantastic as I want to get the best return for my efforts.

Hi mate, not a bad program. But for mass buidling I would drop the flys for chest and add something like incline dumbell press, also I would add another exercise for bi and tri each. Oh and one for shoulder. All you are doing there are 3 sets a week for shoulder, so maybe arnold press is a good mass builder.
