http://www.musclefinesse.com/anabolic-xtreme-3-ad.aspx As i was only had 1 bottle i could only run it for 3 weeks, i think if your going to take it, it is best in my opinion to be run at 4-6 weeks, as i only felt it 'kick in' after the 2nd week.
I ran it at 4 caps per day but i would of liked to of tried 6 caps per day.
I was using it to reduce bodyfat whilst stil retain as much mass as possible, it definateley helped maintain my strength and even increase it on some exercises even though i am currently on a calorie deficit.
I think it would be a good product for bulking if you are looking for lean mass gains,obviously make sure your diet is in check and i would recommend taking it for 4-6 weeks. Start at 4 caps judge your tolerance and even maybe go up to 5-6 caps depending on your funds.
Only side effects i noticed was lethargy, which was easily removed by taking one tab of grenade per day. I did get massive pumps in my arms and calfs which was nice.
