I'm doing low carb at the moment and it fkn sucks.
I can't think properly, I sometimes stumble on words almost like I'm drunk, I keep on forgetting stuff and I have no energy. Looking forward to carb up day!
I had 33g of carbs yesterday, today I need sub 20g.

On topic- probably pre workout. Training with no carbs in you is sh1te!

To clarify, i assume our glycogen levels are very low? as im assuming we're "Low carbing" for a while now?, then decide when to have our carbs.
So i choose pre workout, as fueling weights on no carbs doesnt sound like fun.

FBG why are you low carbing mate?

Basically as an experiment. I wanted to see if I could stick to a low carb diet because I was told it would be impossible by my family.I've been on since Sunday.

I'm going away to turkey tomorrow, so I'm going to carb up there and take a few shots.
Your comment about the fact I have little to cut down to is true, but I recon it's worth a try- see if it makes any difference.

I believe you are/were low carbing too? Is it correct that I don't look as big without glycogen?
I have been doing high rep, high volume full body workouts.

Depend on you goal: have no problem with muscle loss when on low carb, so I go for breakfast!

I was concerned mate as you have said on a few occasions that you struggle to put weight on and i didnt think it was the best course of action if your metabolism is that high, kinda like 1 step forward and 3 back.

I was low carbing but i had massive carbups, also my hormones are out of whack at the moment and i dont lose weight unless i either eat next to nothing or have a sky high output, thats going to be fixed soon though.

You look and feel a lot smaller on low carbs yes, i have found i work better with med carbs and low fat as weights can stay up. But a lot of things work for me for so long then stop
