Food. If you aren't gaining weight, you aren't eating enough. Simple.

x3 Eat and Eat and Eat until you cannot eat any more. Then train, then sleep, then repeat! A good Meal Replacement may help get an extra 500cals or so in with little effort.

Say for breakfast 4 boiled eggs and toast next meal pasta and chicken evening, full chiken dinner, potato's veg etc then for supper toasties with chiken/sweetcorn filling I am eating big portions i am not putting on a pound, i'm even eating snacks between meals! Is there a supplement out there that would help?

calories will make you gain weight, where you get these from is your choice. i struggle to eat enough food sometimes so i use mass gainer shakes, the dorian yates lean gain is very good.

You need to have an excess of calories each day to gain weight. No supplement can do this for you. If you already eat like mad and are not putting on any weight, then you will have to eat more, and maybe look at the quality of food you're consuming. Why not post your diet up in the diet forum and get some feedback. Theres some very knowledgable people there who can help. But, i repeat, no supplement can make you put on weight unless your in calorie surplus.

So here's my advice to put on weight- buy a tonne of nuts eg Brazil nuts, almonds, and put them out in your kitchen. Everytime you go past grab a massive handful and eat them. The are very calorific, have good vitamins + mineral and "good" fats. This worked well for me, you may have trouble putting on weight like me as you do not have the appetite, but eating nuts seems to do well for me. If you really want the supplement route try a weight gainer from Myprotein.co.uk or somthing.

Speydream, some weight gainers can be rather expensive. I can help you with both choices though. If you prefer would you like to eat food or drink it. Is cost an issue for you?

OK no problem, there are various ways to get in the calories mate Is it simply volume of food youre having an issue with? Also how long have you been training for as well, is your routine up to scratch?
